Sr. Client Relation Specialist

Job Description

Meds Nexus is looking for a Sr. Client Relation Specialist . An individual should be proficient in English communication (verbal and written) skills for our Pre-Sales department. This is a salary + commission-based role.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound & outbound sales calls, emails, and text messages.
• Scheduling Meetings, reminders, and conference calls.
• Handle other duties as needed or assigned by Manager.

0 to 1 year of hands‑on experience in a relevant field is required. (Call Center Experience can also be considered)

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate in any domain with excellent English communication (Spoken) skills (preferably a North American accent)
• Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP) & Basic Knowledge of PC applications
• Basic Knowledge of the US Healthcare industry and/or international customer support experience in any domain
• Available to work during US working hours

Must‑Have

• Good English communication skills
• International Calling & communication Experience is preferable

40-50K + Commission + Allowances + Bonuses, etc.
