We are looking for a French-speaking Junior O2C Specialist to join an international finance team in Porto. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in finance or accounting who want to grow their career in a stable, structured environment.

Working Conditions

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
• Days off: Saturday and Sunday
• Employment type: Full-time, on‑site

• Salary: €1,300 gross x 14 months + bonus

Role Responsibilities

• Support Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes
• Monitor and manage customer accounts
• Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Deliver high‑quality, customer‑oriented service

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance operations (2–5 years of experience are a plus)
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Strong analytical skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
• French: C1 level minimum (spoken and written)
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and able to multitask
