Solutions Architect, ISV France

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for experienced and motivated technologists with strong technical depth, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. You will engage with large companies to craft scalable, flexible and resilient cloud architectures that address business problems and accelerate innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted customer advocate, understanding business needs and providing guidance and best practices for leveraging cloud technologies.
• Connect technology with measurable business value and help customers solve problems.
• Represent AWS in face‑to‑face meetings and own the overall technical relationship between AWS and the customer, up to C‑level.

Basic Qualifications

• Solid experience in design/implementation/management of complex distributed IT applications and infrastructure or database architectures.
• Awareness of cloud computing benefits, concepts and principles; software development tools and methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across internal and external organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to continuously adapt to new technologies and trends and learn new skills quickly.
• Fluency in French and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Math background highly desired, or equivalent work experience.
• History of successful technical sales consulting and architecture engagements with large‑scale customers or enterprises.
• Experience architecting, migrating or transforming customer solutions to the cloud.
• Familiarity with SaaS workloads.
