Main Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Regular monitoring and analysis of key business data, including visualization, root cause analysis, and report generation (e.g. revenue, T1 & T2 PSI, WOS, rebates).
Distributor Management: Oversee distributor certification, target allocation, performance tracking, business plan (BP) reviews, rebate follow-up, PSI integration, data quality checks, and partner activities.
Performance Monitoring & Certification: Track and communicate internal and external performance, and manage related programs such as rebates, MBO, CSP, etc.
Key Account (KA) Management: Conduct monthly reviews of the KA list, maintain and update the KA system, and export and analyze KA performance data.
Program-Related Activities: Review monthly partner sales reports, ensure accuracy, and support communication and implementation of CQ-related processes.
Business Communication: Support internal coordination across headquar
