Responsibilities:
- Develop and Drive partner relationships
- Implement business plan with measurable KPIs to ensure meet/ exceed Channel Rev goals
- Develop capacity plan and coverage model for sustainable 2-3 growth
- Recruit new Partners for IT and IP products
- Recruit new partners for industry
- Work closely with AM to ensure consistency in engagement model and sales
execution
- Drive Channel compliance in Certifications and Training
Professional Knowledge:
- More than 5/8-year experience building & leading world-class, revenue generation partner business models
- Experience in main Partner will be preferred
