As the Social Media Manager for the EFPRP, you will act as the digital voice of our organization, tasked with the high-level management of our online communities across the continent. This role requires a strategic mind capable of navigating the complex digital landscape of the European non-profit sector. You will be responsible for ensuring that our message of prevention and preservation reaches every corner of Europe, fostering a sense of shared responsibility among our followers. Beyond simple posting, you will cultivate trust and engagement, managing our reputation with the utmost professionalism while analyzing data to continuously refine our outreach strategies in alignment with our humanitarian goals.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven social media strategies.
- Manage the master content calendar across all platforms to ensure consistent messaging.
- Engage with our community, responding to comments and messages with diplomatic professionalism.
- Monitor digital trends regarding fire prevention, climate change, and environmental policies.
- Oversee live coverage of EFPRP events, conferences, and webinars.
Must Have
- 1+ years of experience in professional social media management.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools.
- Excellent copywriting skills in English.
- Crisis management skills for public relations and reputation management.
- Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience working with non-profits or NGOs.
