The EFPRP is seeking a visionary Social Media Designer to serve as the principal visual architect of our digital presence. In this pivotal role, you will not merely create graphics; you will be entrusted with translating the critical, life-saving mission of fire prevention and the preservation of Europe’s rural heritage into a compelling visual language that resonates across borders. You will be responsible for crafting an aesthetic that is both authoritative and accessible, ensuring that our message captures the attention of diverse European audiences, from policymakers in Brussels to rural communities in the Mediterranean. As the guardian of our visual brand, your artistic direction will define how the world perceives our efforts to protect the environment.

Responsibilities
- Design high-quality, impactful graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
- Create comprehensive visual assets for digital campaigns, newsletters, and website banners.
- Edit dynamic short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) to drive engagement and education.
- Ensure all visuals align strictly with the EFPRP brand guidelines and European identity.
- Stay meticulously updated on current design trends within the NGO, environmental, and governmental sectors.
Must Have
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva Pro.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Experience with animation or motion graphics.
- Knowledge of rural preservation topics or forestry.
- Fluency in a second European language (French, Spanish, German, etc.)
