The brand embodies authenticity, collaboration, integrity and inclusivity, and we seek a dynamic Store Manager for our Paris store who will carry the Essentiel Antwerp brand forward in France.

You become an ambassador of Essentiel Antwerp and help shape the store experience and brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership and ownership for the store; you lead, inspire and empower your team and you set a high standard for your store.
• Acting as a bridge to HQ to support and improve the store experience and operations.
• Creating an exceptional, personalized experience for our customers in store.
• Guiding customers in the discovery of the brand and deepening the brand connection.
• Maintaining an omni-channel mindset; understanding the customer journey both online and offline.
• Achieving sales, conversion and clienteling targets.
• Taking ownership in every step of the customer journey: anticipate and exceed customers’ needs, demonstrate expert knowledge in product, styling and after-care.
• Contributing to daily store operations (inventory, logistics, visual merchandising, stockroom organization).
