About the role:
As a Sales Associate at FRAME, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals. Your passion for fashion, attention to detail, and ability to connect with clients will ensure an outstanding in-store experience.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Customer Experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized styling advice and follow-up.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products where appropriate.
- Contribute to store profitability by maximizing sales opportunities.
Brand Representation
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying FRAME’s values and aesthetic.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of FRAME’s collections, materials, and fit.
Store Operations
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives and participate to VM set-up
- Assist in receiving replenishing stock.
- Work closely with your team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients.
- Participate in team meetings, product training sessions, and feedback discussions.
Availability
- You can commit to a start date of 27 April 2026.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ retail or sales experience in a high-end environment.
- Previous retail experience in the South of France is a plus.
- A passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Experience with POS systems or retail software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs and sales performance metrics.
- Working proficiency in English and French is required.
- Additional language skills are appreciated.
- Work authorization for the EU.
