SFDC CRM Administrator f/m
Your Role:
You will be a key member of an interactive team that supports Western Europe internal customers and collaborates globally within our Salesforce.com, Service
Max, and SAP team that is focused on providing best-in-class user support via collaboration tools such as Chatter. You are responsible for fielding, researching and answering inquiries to enable successful usage of Salesforce.com, Service
Max and SAP ERP in line with defined business rules. You provide weekly, monthly and ad-hoc training and/or training support to internal customers in order to successfully operate within the Salesforce through in person and virtual trainings. You respond to incoming inquiries in a professional, competent and timely manner following established procedures and monitor and Maintain Data Quality.
You analyze and understand our internal customer’s needs and evaluate and escalate CRM enhancement requests from users to appropriate parties for implementation.
You also manage Salesforce.com CRM application for maintaining the functional areas of data management, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, and price books.
Who You Are:
Master’s degree preferred
Microsoft office proficiency required
2 years as a Salesforce.com Administrator
CRM certification
CRM experience with Salesforce.com, Service
Max and SAP highly preferred
Training or public speaking experience highly preferred
