CGM LAB Belgium is a major provider of IT solutions for medical laboratories in Europe, in hospital environment and in private laboratories. With our laboratory information system MOLIS we are a key player in the field in several European countries. We are looking for a LIS (Lab information system) Deployment Application engineer / Project Manager to reinforce our deployment team.

CompuGroup Medical delivers software to improve health and quality of life, connecting physicians, pharmacies, health insurances, laboratories and hospitals to help them treat people effectively. Our goal is to understand and simplify the work of medical care providers, supporting customers for storing, exchanging, and requesting information securely for over 25 years.

Roles and responsibilities

• Deployment of MOLIS lab products at customer sites, including new installations and add-on work at existing customers
• Parametrization and organization of installed applications in close contact with end users and the IT department
• Customer care and training
• Project leading tasks may be included

Required skills and experience

• Bachelor or master degree (or equivalent) in the medical biology area or equivalent experience
• Preferably experience in public health or private medical laboratories
• Deep understanding of biology lab workflows, especially in microbiology, transfusion medicine, anatomo-pathology (plus)
• Experience in our LIS MOLIS product (plus)
• Experience in healthcare interface standards (ASTM, HL7, FHIR, etc.) (plus)
• Team player with customer orientation and good communication skills
• Linguistic requirement: fluent in German or Dutch or French; English as company-wide language
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical customers and colleagues
• Willingness to travel and work on customer sites
• Willingness to regularly be present in our main office in Barchon (Belgium) to learn, share experiences and organize project tasks with Product Management, Development, Sales, Service and Support
• Highly motivated
