With our laboratory information system MOLIS we are a key player in the field in several European countries. To reinforce our deployment team we are looking for a LIS (Lab information system) Deployment Application engineer / Project Manager .

Responsibilities

• Deployment of MOLIS lab products at customer sites, including new installations and add-ons at existing customers
• Parametrization and organization of installed applications in close contact with end users and the IT department
• Customer care and training
• Project-leading tasks may be included

Qualifications

• A bachelor or master degree (or equivalent) in the medical biology area or equivalent experience
• Experience in public health or private medical laboratories is preferred
• Deep understanding of biology lab workflows, especially in microbiology, transfusion medicine, anatomo-pathology is a plus
• Experience with MOLIS is a plus
• Experience with healthcare interface standards (ASTM, HL7, FHIR, etc.) is a plus
• Team player, customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Languages: Fluent in German or Dutch or French; English as company-wide language
• Excellent written and spoken communication with technical and non-technical customers and colleagues
• Willingness to travel and work on customer sites
• Willingness to be regularly present at our main office in Barchon (Belgium) to learn, share experiences, and coordinate tasks with Product Management, Development, Sales, and Service and Support
• Highly motivated
