SAP Technical Project Manager (W/M/D)

Responsibilities

• Drive and support global process initiatives in collaboration with process teams and end users, including tool functionality development, process mapping, improvement, and training.
• Work closely with other Process Drivers to align and harmonize processes across all service functions.
• Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials (process flows, mapping etc.).
• Boost KPIs performance by developing and tracking process KPIs across key functions.
• Lead or actively participate in global tool & system developments supporting the company’s strategy.

Your profile

• 5-10 years’ experience with SAP
• Proven project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong background in process and workflow design.
• Strong technical skills in SAP development, configuration, and customization
• Hands-on experience with SAP planning and scheduling modules, depending on the functional area (e.g., production, maintenance, supply chain, or workforce planning)
• Experience with SAP preferred,
• Conversational English and strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.
