Your Mission: Join our team

• Manage end-to-end SAP projects (e.g. SAP transformations and migrations) for our customers in France and BeNeLux.
• Act as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement Customer Success strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with business departments across our CEU regions, IT teams, and external partners.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report to key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal project management standards and methodologies.

What we are looking for: Your profile

• Several years of experience in managing projects in the IT field, related to SAP transformations and data migration. Experience in migrations to S/4HANA would be a plus.
• Experience in Customer Success Management in large scale IT projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of at least one SAP module preferred.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent language skills in French and English; Spanish is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
