Principal Consultant - SAP EWM
Location: Toulouse, France (Hybrid – 3-4 days onsite per month)

Overview
We are looking for a Principal Consultant – SAP EWM to join a global consulting organisation delivering large‑scale digital transformation programmes across supply chain and logistics.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex warehouse execution and automation projects, partnering with global clients to design and implement cutting‑edge SAP EWM solutions.
Your Role
As a Principal Consultant, you will lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP EWM solutions, ensuring seamless integration across supply chain functions and operational systems.
You will play a critical role in aligning warehouse processes with broader enterprise systems, enabling efficient and scalable logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops and engage with stakeholders across multiple sites
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of SAP EWM implementations
- Identify process and technical gaps and define optimal solutions
- Write and manage WRICEF objects and functional specifications
- Configure SAP EWM and related modules
- Execute testing cycles and manage defect resolution
- Lead cutover, migration, and deployment activities
- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams (MM, PP, TM, etc.)
- Manage data preparation, validation, and execution for EWM and LES
- Work closely with business stakeholders and cutover managers during go‑live
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
- Proven track record in multiple full‑life‑cycle SAP EWM implementations
- Deep understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes
- Functional expertise in EWM‑PP staging, MES, and ASRS environments
- Cross‑functional SAP experience across TM, PP, and MM
- Expertise in EWM, Fiori, MFS, ASRS, and MES integrations
- Strong knowledge of:
- Inbound, internal, and outbound warehouse processes
- Integration between EWM and PP / MM / TM
- Ability to deliver projects within time, cost, and quality constraints
- Experience in warehouse execution environments (preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience with 3PL integrations
- French language skills (advantageous but not required)
