SAP PP VC Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP PP and Variant Configuration (VC) implementations and enhancements
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional SAP PP/VC solutions
• Configure and customise SAP PP and VC to support manufacturing and product configuration processes
• Work closely with business stakeholders across production, engineering, and supply chain
• Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, QM)
• Participate in end-to-end project lifecycles, including design, testing, and deployment
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimisation of existing solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP landscape

Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP PP with a focus on Variant Configuration (VC)
• Proven experience working within manufacturing environments (packaging or process industry experience is highly desirable)
• Solid understanding of BOMs, routings, and configurable materials
• Experience with dependencies, object characteristics, and configuration profiles
• Knowledge of integration points with MM, SD, and QM modules
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in an international, fast-paced environment
