Sales Representative – France
3T is an Italian bicycle brand with a unique position in the cycling industry. Known for pioneering the modern gravel category with the launch of Exploro in 2016, today 3T offers a complete range of premium road, gravel, and adventure bicycles.
Our flagship Italia models are designed, painted, and manufactured in our facility near Bergamo, Italy, combining advanced carbon manufacturing with Italian craftsmanship and performance-driven engineering.
As we enter a new phase of growth, we are looking to strengthen our presence in France through the addition of an experienced commercial partner.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional with deep knowledge of the French cycling market and strong relationships within the retail network.
The successful candidate will work alongside our existing commercial structure to support dealer development, identify new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with key accounts, and contribute to the continued growth of the 3T brand in France.
This is not a traditional employment position. We are seeking a long-term commercial partner who shares our passion for premium products, innovation, and cycling culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and strengthen relationships with bicycle retailers throughout France
- Identify and onboard new dealer opportunities
- Support existing dealers and commercial activities
- Represent 3T at industry events and dealer meetings
- Provide market feedback and competitive insights
- Contribute to the execution of commercial strategies in the French market
IDEAL PROFILE
- Proven experience in the cycling industry
- Existing network of bicycle retailers and industry contacts
- Experience representing premium or performance-oriented brands
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven approach
- Fluent French and professional English
