What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve TPMS sales targets in France, with a strong focus on the French automotive aftermarket.
  • Build and manage a robust distribution network for Autel TPMS products, including identifying and onboarding new distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and channel partners.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the tire and wheel industry, including tire shops, garages, car dealerships, and automotive service networks.
  • Leverage existing customer relationships and actively prospect new business opportunities to expand Autel’s market share in France.
  • Provide product training and technical support to distributors, partners, and end-users.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, product, and sales operations, to ensure seamless customer experience and business growth.
  • Represent Autel at industry events, trade shows, customer meetings, and partner activities in France and across Europe when required.

You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in sales, business development, or channel development within the automotive aftermarket, ideally with a focus on TPMS, tire and wheel products, diagnostic tools, or related automotive solutions.
  • Native or fluent French speaker with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in English for internal communication within an international team.
  • Strong existing network within the French tire, wheel, automotive aftermarket, or distribution channels is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the French automotive aftermarket, including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, workshops, garages, tire service providers, and dealer networks.
  • Experience in building, developing, and managing distribution channels.
  • Strong negotiation, business development, and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within France and occasionally across Europe.
