Your Mission:
Reporting to the European Sales Manager and based in Paris, you will be responsible for developing and managing Kaviari 's direct business across Europe.
Your mission is to strengthen our presence with leading hospitality and gastronomy professionals while identifying new business opportunities and building lasting partnerships.
This position combines strategic account management with proactive business development and requires frequent travel throughout Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow Kaviari 's direct client portfolio across Europe.
- Build strong relationships with Michelin‑starred restaurants, luxury hotels, gourmet retailers and premium hospitality accounts.
- Identify and win new business opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships.
- Promote Kaviari 's premium portfolio and act as a true ambassador for the brand.
- Manage commercial negotiations and ensure profitable, long‑term customer relationships.
- Achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
- Support and coordinate distributor partnerships where relevant to accelerate market development.
- Represent Kaviari at international trade fairs, customer events and industry exhibitions.
Your Profile:
You combine commercial drive with a genuine passion for gastronomy, luxury products and premium client relationships.
You bring:
- 3 to 7 years of successful field sales experience in premium food, fine wines & spirits, luxury hospitality or gourmet products.
- A proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of direct customers (accounts invoiced and supplied directly).
- Experience working with Michelin‑starred restaurants, luxury hotels or premium food brands is highly desirable.
- A strong hunter mindset combined with excellent account management skills.
- Outstanding relationship‑building, negotiation and communication abilities.
- A structured and results‑driven approach to pipeline management.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken); an additional European language would be a strong asset.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
- A valid driving licence.
