Sales Manager – France

The Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager – France to grow our professional brands in the Away-from-Home (AfH) segment, drive market share, and strengthen customer relationships. This remote, field-based role involves frequent travel and direct engagement with distributors, wholesalers, and end customers across HoReCa, healthcare, offices, public institutions, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the professional Away-from-Home (AfH) segment
- Drive market expansion and strengthen brand positioning across AfH distribution channels
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while developing and expanding existing key accounts
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers through regular visits, business reviews, and strategic account planning
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage pricing strategy to ensure sustainable revenue growth and margin achievement
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer needs to maintain competitive advantage
- Deliver sales targets in line with defined KPIs and growth objectives
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
About you
- Professional proficiency in French (required)– needed for daily communication with customers and distributors in France
- Fluent in English (professional working proficiency)
- Knowledge of Croatian or a related language is a plus
- Proven track record in the hygiene paper industry; experience in the Away-from-Home (AfH) segment is highly preferred
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated negotiation and account development skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on, results‑driven approach
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a field‑based role
- Valid Category B driver’s license
