A propos du poste :
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Toulouse.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a customer portfolio and drive the development of our activities, particularly those related to aircraft transition support.
- Act as the sales focal for some customers to propose the full scope of Sabena technics portfolio.
- Lead the sales actions for all customers related to A/C transition support.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through customer visits, prospecting, and event participation.
- Maintain strong customer intimacy at all organizational levels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proper follow-up of actions.
- Prepare and coordinate responses to RFQs/RFPs with internal teams.
- Negotiate and draft contracts in line with legal and corporate guidelines.
- Participate in industry events and strengthen your professional network.
- Monitor competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting to your management and share key insights with internal stakeholders.
- Travel approximately 30% of your time.

- Application booster: if you have worked in technical A/C transition (delivery, induction, phase out) you have done half the path.
Profil recherché :
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong customer service mindset.
- Excellent English skills (written & spoken).
- Ability to communicate, present, and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to meet targets.
- Existing network within airlines or lessors is a strong asset.
- Experience in aircraft transition activities is highly appreciated.
