About the Role
Work with the France Regional General Manager to develop sales operations and achieve the company's annual and quarterly strategic sales targets.
Execute organizational marketing efforts, including customer demand research, industry benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
Responsibilities
- Study competitor strategies, track their activities, and provide constructive competitive strategy proposals to guide targeted sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, identify market and sales opportunities, respond to customer needs, organize customer materials, and establish customer information files.
- Manage customer negotiations, contract signing, documentation, after-sales support, and secure key orders.
- Be responsible for the execution and risk control of product orders in the France region, including payment collection, delivery, and project management.
- Oversee overseas brand promotion and development for the France region, and foster cross-departmental collaboration.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, International Trade, or Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to overseas sales, preferably within the France region or Europe.
- Experience in the wind power or new energy power industry is a significant advantage.
Required Skills
- In-depth familiarity with the new energy power or wind power sector.
- Proficient in modern marketing theory and contemporary enterprise management systems and models.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and learning abilities.
- Possess keen observational skills and high proficiency in common office software.
- Fluency in English as a working language is required.
- Spanish language is required at least at conversational level, French, Italian or Portuguese would be an advantage.
- Must demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and be willing and able to undertake both short-term and long-term business travel.
- Experience in the wind power or new energy power industry is a significant advantage.
