Key Account Manager

Job Description

• Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts (aggregators / major e-commerce clients), driving volume penetration and long-term partnership value.
• Lead customer acquisition efforts, especially in cross-border e-commerce direct shipping and overseas warehouse fulfillment segments.
• Design and implement end-to-end logistics solutions, particularly in last-mile delivery in France, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
• Drive commercial and operational alignment across internal teams (operations, product, carrier network) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Identify growth opportunities and continuously optimize customer performance through data-driven insights.
• Contribute to solution standardization and productization, especially across multi-segment delivery offerings.
• Maintain and improve customer onboarding processes and SOPs to enable efficient and scalable integrations.

Job Requirement

• 6+ years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain, with a strong focus on last-mile delivery or parcel distribution.
• Proven experience managing key accounts or large clients, with demonstrated results in revenue or volume growth.
• Solid understanding of cross-border e-commerce logistics, including direct shipping and/or overseas warehouse operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently drive complex initiatives end-to-end.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (mandatory); French is a strong plus.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable operating with high ownership and ambiguity.
• Being already in France or willing to relocate.
