Responsibilities
- Investigate the market dynamics of the country or region and formulate marketing strategies.
- Lead the penetration of overseas regional customers and organize customer activities.
- Maintain customer relationships and assist in consolidating valued customers; manage customer information to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Promote the brand in the country, establishing and maintaining national relations.
- Comprehensively identify sales opportunities in target countries and promote projects.
- Be responsible for the recovery of the project’s payment and prevent payment risk.
- Lead and collaborate with other team members in the country and globally.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal functional departments.
- Ensure all activities are conducted professionally, ethically, and in full compliance with company processes, protocols, and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering or business discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the wind industry.
- Excellent organizational management, analytical, technical writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage several activities or projects concurrently, organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines, and prepare plans and customer communications.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, persistent, and a skilled negotiator.
- High level of initiative and works well in a team environment.
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
- Technical knowledge of wind turbines.
- Flexibility with travel based on overall company objectives.
- Relevant experience with tender processes and negotiations in large organizations.
- Customer-oriented and service-minded approach to work.
