Darwin Space are hiring for a Sales Manager on behalf of a company in Toulouse.
Missions:
- Define annual sales objectives and build the associated sales action plan
- Identify new opportunities (industrial projects, customer needs) and qualify leads
- Being the customer focal point: relationship building, loyalty, satisfaction monitoring
- Co‑manage responses to calls for tenders with the Bid Manager and the technical teams
- Develop a partnership strategy with complementary manufacturers or integrators
- Contribute to commercial communication activities (trade shows, tools, marketing…)
- Ensure regular reporting of your business activity
- Conduct market analyses to adjust the approach and prioritize development areas
Profile:
- You have at least 10 years of experience in a sales role within the defence or critical industrial services sector
- You are familiar with MCO (Maintenance in Operational Condition) environments, logistics support, electronics, retrofitting or technical services
- You are known for your ability to close deals, prospect methodically, and build strong relationships
- You are independent, tenacious, ambitious, and possess excellent interpersonal skills
- You are proficient in professional English, both written and spoken
