Account Manager FHPC Benelux (M/W/D)

Your Mission

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers while acquiring new accounts.
• Achieving sales and profitability targets within your assigned territory.
• Identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions in coordination with internal teams.
• Building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders (customer, partners, integrators, suppliers).
• Analyzing market potential and developing appropriate commercial action plans.
• Leading commercial negotiations in line with company policies.
• Ensuring rigorous follow‑up of the sales pipeline and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

• At least 3-5 years of experience in selling solutions, products, or services in a B2B / industrial / technological environment.
• You are result‑oriented and able to build trusted customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
• A fluent level in English is required. Dutch is a plus.
