In the role of Sales Executive–IndependentAftermarket,youare responsible fordeveloping the independent automotive aftermarket business, managing our customers, keyaccountsandpurchasinggroups, and driving sustainable sales growth in the South-West of France.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and expand sales of DENSO productsacross the assigned region, delivering sustainable growth
  • Build, manage, and continuously strengthen strategic relationships withkey accounts andpurchasinggroups
  • Maximizecustomer retentionwhile activelyidentifyingand developingnew business opportunities
  • Conduct regular and value‑addingcustomer visitsat distributor and trade levels
  • Act as atrusted commercial partner, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored, value‑driven solutions
  • Leadcommercial negotiationsand actively contribute to the definition and execution of commercial policy
  • Monitorcompetitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends tomaintaincompetitive advantage
  • Support and contribute tomarketing campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives
  • Collect, analyze, and interpretmarket and customer datato support strategic and commercial decision‑making
  • Delivercommercial and product training, and represent DENSO attrade shows, customer events, and industry forums

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the automotive independent aftermarket
  • Proven experience managing key accounts or purchasinggroups
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic, proactive and results-driven with a hands‑on approach
  • Able to work independently in an international, multicultural environment
  • Fluent in English is mandatory (additional languages are a plus)

The role requires frequent travel (up to 70–80% of your working time, depending on region). You will work closely with internal sales,marketingand product teams across Europe.
