Job Description

In the role of Sales Executive – Independent Aftermarket, you are responsible for developing the independent automotive aftermarket business, managing our customers, key accounts and purchasing groups, and driving sustainable sales growth in the South‑West of France.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and expand sales of DENSO products across the assigned region, delivering sustainable growth
  • Build, manage, and continuously strengthen strategic relationships with key accounts and purchasing groups
  • Maximize customer retention while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular and value‑adding customer visits at distributor and trade levels
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored, value‑driven solutions
  • Lead commercial negotiations and actively contribute to the definition and execution of commercial policy
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to maintain competitive advantage
  • Support and contribute to marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret market and customer data to support strategic and commercial decision‑making
  • Deliver commercial and product training, and represent DENSO at trade shows, customer events, and industry forums

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the automotive independent aftermarket
  • Proven experience managing key accounts or purchasing groups
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills
  • Strategic, proactive and results‑driven with a hands‑on approach
  • Able to work independently in an international, multicultural environment
  • Fluent in English is mandatory (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong MS Office skills

Additional Information

The role requires frequent travel (up to 70–80% of your working time, depending on region). You will work closely with internal sales, marketing and product teams across Europe.
