WHY WE NEED YOU?
Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Sales Enablement team to support the onboarding, training, coaching, and continuous development of our 70+ Sales Scalers.
Your mission will be to assist the Sales Enablement team in delivering impactful learning experiences and operational excellence , in order to boost sales performance and support Scaleway’s expansion into new regions.

You will be part of a team of 2 people.
The team focuses on onboarding, sales training, coaching, tools adoption, and cross‑functional enablement programs , supporting both the French and international Sales organization.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Tasks
- Contribute to the onboarding experience for new Sales Scalers.
- Support the delivery of training, coaching, and reinforcement programs.
- Produce and maintain enablement content (playbooks, guides, templates, processes).
- Assist with tooling adoption across Salesforce, LMS platforms, and our broader Sales tech stack.
- Coordinate with Sales Ops, Product, Marketing, and Product Marketing on cross‑functional projects.
- Collect feedback from the Sales teams and suggest improvements.
- Help track adoption, performance, and learning progress metrics.
- Prepare sessions, workshops, and learning materials.
- Maintain documentation in Confluence.
- Support the team on ad‑hoc projects linked to new region openings and GTM evolution.
ABOUT YOU
HARDSKILLS
- Familiarity with Sales methodologies (MEDDIC / SPIN / BANT preferred).
- Comfortable using G‑Suite, Slack, Salesforce, Confluence, Canva, and LMS platforms.
- Strong interest in Sales, Tech, Cloud, GTM, or Training.
- Ability to produce clear, concise content and documentation.
- Understanding of CRM, LMS, change management, and sales funnel metrics (win rate, CAC, etc.).
SOFTSKILLS
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Motivated by helping people learn and succeed.
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups.
- Curious, resourceful, and eager to grow.
- Strong communication skills in English and French.
