You will be in direct contact with internal developers, marketing teams, sales teams, support teams, and customers on a daily basis!YOUR FUTURE TEAM :We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.You will be part of a team of 7 people. The Data & Managed Services product team is made up of Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers who work in partnership with Engineering Managers, DevOps, Product Designers, and Technical Writers, among others, to design, build, deploy, and maintain products within Scaleway’s Data & Managed Services product ecosystem. The Data & Managed Services products include managed databases, messaging & streaming, distributed computing, domains, web hosting, and transactional email, among others.YOUR DAILY ROUTINE :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for our Data Warehouse and Serverless SQL Database offerings, aligned with the company’s overall business goals
• Create and maintain a product roadmap, highlighting key features in collaboration with your team
• Identify user problems and needs through user research, and ensure value is delivered incrementally
• Conduct in-depth market research to stay up to date on the competitive landscape and emerging trends
• Define key metrics to assess product health, analyze feature performance, and generate insights
• Work closely with all team members to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the development and launch of new features and products
• Support customers, sales, and marketing teams on a daily basis
• Contribute to product content creation (white papers, blog posts, talks, etc.)

ABOUT YOU:SOFTSKILLS :

• Proficiency in spoken and written English as well as French
• Empathy for technical audiences to enhance the developer experience (DX)

HARDSKILLS :

• Solid experience as a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager
• Great knowledge of data architectures and/or experience using databases
• Experience with modern data stacks and tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Spark, Airflow, etc.)
• Experience working in complex technical environments
• Ability to develop and implement an effective product strategy from scratch
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives within a high-growth company
• Knowledge of the global Cloud market
• Hands-on experience as a user in deploying and operating resources in the Cloud
