As part of the development of its robotics and automation activities, we are looking for a Sales Director / Sales Manager to lead the commercial development of our robotic solutions in France and French-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales and expand the market presence of robotic solutions in France and French-speaking Europe
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation, logistics, and medical robotics
- Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts (automotive industry, healthcare institutions, public sector projects)
- Build and expand a network of partners, distributors, and system integrators
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure the achievement of revenue and growth targets
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the robotics sector
- Ensure compliance with European regulations, particularly regarding medical device requirements (MDR) when applicable
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of B2B business development experience in the French market, ideally in the sales of complex technological or industrial solutions
- A more senior level of experience (8+ years) is expected for a Sales Director position
- Experience in robotics, industrial automation, logistics automation, or medical robotics is strongly preferred
- Good understanding of public procurement processes and healthcare project cycles
- Strong skills in business development, negotiation, and strategic account management
- Ability to work in a fast-growing international environment
- Fluent in French and English is required
