An innovative and fast-growing healthcare technology organisation is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead commercial growth across France and selected European markets. This role is focused on expanding adoption of advanced AI-driven medical imaging solutions within hospitals, imaging centres, and healthcare networks.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven sales leader with strong experience in radiology artificial intelligence , preferably in cardiac imaging AI . Candidates with a proven background in CT radiology AI or other clinical radiology AI domains will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with hospitals, academic centres, and private imaging groups
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with clinical stakeholders including radiologists, cardiologists, IT leaders, and procurement teams
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnership channels within the medical imaging ecosystem
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and product teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market plans
  • Manage forecasts, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics aligned with company growth objectives
  • Represent the organisation at key industry events, congresses, and customer engagements

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Significant experience in medical imaging, radiology software, or healthcare AI sales
  • Demonstrated track record of closing enterprise-level healthcare technology deals
  • Strong domain knowledge of radiology AI solutions
  • Preferred: experience selling cardiac imaging AI solutions
  • Also considered: experience in CT radiology AI or other radiology AI clinical applications
  • Deep understanding of hospital purchasing processes and healthcare regulatory environments in France / Europe
  • Proven leadership capability, with experience building or mentoring high-performing sales team
