Reporting directly to the head of sales coordination she/he plays a key role in supporting the sales team and provide an important link between the salesperson and the client.**What you will do:****Sales support:*
- To help sales team improve their efficiency, sales coordinator will provide a variety of support services and direct feedback from customers to sales team and any relevant departments.**Order satisfaction:*
- Sales coordinator will contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders into the ERP System. She/He will manage the day-to-day order processing from
- Receiving and processing purchase orders
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
- Contacting customers to answer queries and obtain missing information
- Issuing sales transaction invoices
- Handling shipping arrangement and documents (freight carrier and customs...)
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records**Coordination:*
- Collaboration with other departments is an important responsibility for sales coordinator. He/she could have to contact various internal stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency (technical customer service to deal with any product or technical queries, manufacturing and logistics...)**Records & Reporting :*
- Sales coordinator will maintain records & tools (ERP/CRM). They also provide information to the finance department on incoming and completed orders, as a basis for forecasting cash flow.**Skills & Experience**:**What you will need to be successful:**
- 3+ years of experience working in sales coordination, or similar environment.
- Deep knowledge of CRM and ERP software, preferably Microsoft 365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess the ability to carry phone-based conversations.
- Strong customer focus with good listening and clear message transmission capabilities
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Work independently and accomplish required tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Technology savvy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
