About the role

In this role, you will support the Sales and Finance teams with day‑to‑day sales administration activities, with a focus on processing customer orders and maintenance renewals management.

Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations, you will help ensure that orders, contracts, and customer data are handled accurately and consistently, supporting smooth business operations.

You will have the opportunity to learn and apply sales administration best practices, contribute to structured processes, and ensure continuity during a maternity leave period.

What will you do

  • You will support sales administration activities related to software license deliveries and maintenance contracts, including order processing and renewals.
  • You will assist with the preparation and follow‑up of sales orders, contracts, and support Finance for invoicing.
  • You will help manage software license administration and related records.
  • You will maintain customers and contract data in Salesforce, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • You will support communication and coordination between Sales, Finance, and other internal teams.
  • You will help monitor contract timelines, renewals, and basic invoicing follow‑up.
  • You will ensure sales administration tasks are handled in line with internal processes and guidelines.

What we are looking for

  • You have initial experience in sales administration, customer administration, or a similar support role, ideally in a software or technology environment.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in international business or LEA (Langues Etrangères Appliquées).
  • You are interested in learning about software licensing and maintenance contracts in a tech environment.
  • You are well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with structured processes.
  • You have experience using CRM tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • You are comfortable working with different teams and asking questions when needed.
  • You have good communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
  • You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
