Sales Assistant - German Speaker
Supporting the sales team with major enquiries and target customers: Researching suitable locations or complementary services (activities, catering, transport) to fulfil specific customer requests. Transfer of offers and general support of the sales team.
Co‑organisation of internal processes.
Supporting the onboarding of new team members.
Participation in the further development of our product.
Participate in strategic discussions around sales and Naboo’s overall strategy.
Qualifications
You have determination, good listening skills and a desire to develop, take responsibility and make a real contribution to the commercial success of the organisation.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English (mandatory).
You are diligent and enjoy working as part of a team.
You have a hands‑on attitude and a desire to actively contribute to an ambitious project.
You are able to adapt your way of working flexibly and quickly when needed.
Interview Process
- 1st interview: First meeting with the Juliette, International Expansion Lead (15 minutes)
- 2nd interview: Exchange with a member of an international sales team (approx. 30-45 minutes)
- 3rd interview: Speed dating with 4-5 team members from different departments at Naboo (approx. 15 minutes each) – an informal exchange during which you will gain an insight into our corporate culture.
