Sales Advisor M/F Mont-de-Marsan

We are recruiting a Sales Consultant (M/F) for our Mont-de-Marsan agency.

Reporting to the Sales Department, you are the key player in your sector. You manage your network of business providers and support your clients in their construction projects.

In this context, your main missions are as follows:

• Ensure regular prospecting of contacts and land opportunities
• Develop construction projects, in collaboration with our design office, drawing on the know‑how and experience of Maisons SIC
• Conclude house construction contracts
• Ensure customer follow-up from the commercial plan to the handover of the keys
