At Eni , we are looking for a Route to Market Manager to join Eni Plenitude Renewables France . You will be responsible for negotiating, managing and monitoring commercial contracts related to renewable assets in France, including utility scale photovoltaic solar, wind power and storage systems. You will act as a key interface between the teams in France and the central functions based in Italy, contributing to commercial performance and the optimisation of PPAs within the Plenitude portfolio.

Main responsibilities
PPA negotiation and contract management
- Manage the negotiation and formalisation of commercial contracts for renewable assets in France (utility‑scale photovoltaic, wind and storage).
- Provide support to M&A functions in evaluating PPAs associated with assets/pipelines under acquisition, identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
- Monitor and manage commercial aspects related to existing PPAs in coordination with Legal, Asset Management and Operations teams, including any potential renegotiation processes.
Internal coordination and operational management
- Act as the operational link with the centralised commercial structure in Italy for Plenitude’s renewable assets.
- Coordinate with other Plenitude units involved in preparatory activities for the participation of French assets in competitive processes related to incentive mechanisms.
- Manage the full participation process of Plenitude’s renewable assets in France in incentive schemes.
- Regulatory and market monitoring.
- Ensure continuous updates on the evolution of market regulations, energy policies and incentive mechanisms.
Skills and experience required
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Economics or Engineering.
- Strong experience in negotiating commercial contracts in the renewable energy sector, ideally involving PPAs.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple teams (M&A, Legal, Commercial, O&M, Asset Management).
- Proficiency in French (native or C2).
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
