At Eni , we are looking for an Asset Manager to join Eni Plenitude Renewables France . You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities, as well as the full lifecycle management of photovoltaic assets at a national level. You will ensure the optimisation of the operational, economic and regulatory performance of the assets throughout their lifecycle.

Main responsibilities

  • Technical management of assets.
  • Oversight of AM and O&M contracts.
  • Performance monitoring (PR, availability, production).
  • Validation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
  • Supervision of major interventions.
  • Analysis of performance deviations and implementation of action plans.
  • Financial and contractual management.
  • Monitoring of the OPEX budget.
  • Revenue analysis (PPA, additional remuneration, market, etc.).
  • Management of insurance and claims.
  • Monitoring of supplier warranties.
  • Management of claims and contractual penalties.
  • Preparation of periodic reporting.
  • Asset optimisation.
  • Identification of technical improvements (repowering, retrofit, BESS storage).
  • Tax and contractual optimisation.
  • Maximisation of revenues through electricity markets.
  • Compliance & HSE.
  • Application of French regulatory obligations (CRE, grid connection, ICPE where applicable).
  • Monitoring of technical audits.
  • Preparation and management of prevention plans.
  • Adherence to the Group’s QHSE standards.

Skills and experience required

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Electrical or Energy Engineering.
  • Relevant experience in the photovoltaic sector (maintenance or construction of industrial‑scale plants).
  • Strong knowledge of PV solar technologies and LV/MV electrical systems (HV appreciated).
  • Knowledge of battery storage systems (BESS) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in French (native or C2).
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • National mobility (travel approximately twice a month).
