Location: Mediterranean (South of France, Italy, Spain, Croatia)
Contract: Rotational 8 weeks on / 8 weeks off, permanent
Salary: €11,000 net per month DOE (paid over 12 months)
Accommodation: Shared cabin onboard (male candidate only due to cabin arrangements)
Start Date: ASAP (latest early June 2026)
Guests: Up to 12 guests 18 crew
Requirement: STCW ENG1 SCC and over 5 years as head chef on yachts over 70 meters\n\n

A recently launched private 80m motor yacht is seeking a highly experienced Rotational Head Chef to join as the second rotational head chef in a well-established galley team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work onboard a recently built vessel with a great galley.
The yacht is privately owned by a U.
S. family with a strong appreciation for Michelin-star level cuisine. The principals are highly health-conscious and expect food that is refined, beautifully presented, and full of flavour, while always maintaining a strong focus on nutrition and balance. The successful candidate must be equally confident delivering fine dining, family-style meals, and health-focused cuisine to an exceptional standard.
The role is guest-focused, catering exclusively for the principals and their guests (up to 12), while two experienced sous chefs rotate to manage crew food and support the galley operations.
