During a charter, the captain holds overall responsibility for the safety of both guests and crew. The chef handles all provisioning and meal preparation, crafting dishes thoughtfully tailored to each client's preferences. Together, the crew operates as a cohesive team to ensure smooth and magnificent yacht operations. Even when not on charter, the vessel must be maintained to the highest possible standards to ensure readiness and uphold the quality of the guest experience.

You are expected to work the hours and days required to successfully meet the demands of your role. This may occasionally involve back-to-back charters without time off, depending on operational requirements.

During periods between charters, you may be assigned to shore-based duties at your manager’s discretion. These assignments may include, but are not limited to: vessel deliveries, sea trials, guest briefings and customer service support, friendly skipper duties, participation in boat shows, day sails, and providing relief cover for skippered bareboat charters or bareboat chef bookings.
