Job description:

A 40m private sailing yacht is seeking a talented Female Sole Chef to join the vessel as soon as possible for a seasonal contract running until the end of October 2026 . The yacht is privately owned by a relaxed and friendly family who use the boat for approximately six weeks across the summer, typically for trips lasting between three days and one week.

The vessel will cruise the Northern Mediterranean, including the South of France, Italy, and Sardinia. This is a low-key position with a calm working environment, a supportive captain , and a well-established crew of five. The galley is fully equipped, allowing the chef to work efficiently and creatively.

The ideal candidate will have some experience onboard superyachts and be confident working as a sole chef cooking both guests and crew meals. Sailing yacht experience is plus, but not essential. A deep understanding of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine is required , alongside the ability to prepare relaxed, high-quality meals. The role will involve a mix of plated dishes and buffet-style service, with occasional Asian or Asian-inspired cuisine.
