Retail Area Manager - Paris - 40h

We are currently looking for an Area Manager with experience in team management to oversee two key markets: France and Germany. You will be a strategic figure responsible for ensuring smooth operational performance, boosting team results, and delivering a customer experience aligned with MiiN standards.

Please note:

• Native French level and advanced English are mandatory requirements.
• Residence in Paris (France) is mandatory.

What will you do in this role?

Sales & operations

• Train and support Store Managers to achieve each store's commercial targets.
• Monitor sales performance and financial results.
• Prepare KPI reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Propose and implement commercial strategies based on performance and ongoing campaigns.
• Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns and promotions in coordination with the marketing team.
• Detect and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth store operations.

Team & Talent Management

• Participate in recruitment processes together with the HR team.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires and follow-up processes.
• Identify internal talent and development opportunities.
• Support and motivate Store Managers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Oversee scheduling, holidays, and absences.

Store Management

• Manage multiple stores at national and/or international level, ensuring KPI achievement.
• Define and optimize operational processes.
• Ensure proper implementation of brand image and customer experience.
• Conduct regular store visits to provide support, ensure execution, and identify improvements.
• Support new store openings in operations, visual merchandising, and HR coordination.

Inventory & Stock

• Oversee stock management together with Store Managers.
• Ensure product availability across all stores.
• Optimize inventory processes to ensure efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role managing multiple retail stores (experience in France and Germany is a plus).
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Native French and advanced English required. German is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Analytical mindset and results-oriented profile.
• Availability to travel to different store locations.
• Residence in Paris (France).
