Retail District Manager

Overview

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced District Manager to lead multiple retail stores across the South of France for a premium international fashion & sportswear brand. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive performance, lead teams, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is located in Marseille, France.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Coach and develop Store Managers and in-store teams
• Drive high standards in customer service and store operations
• Ensure compliance with brand, visual, and operational guidelines
• Analyze store KPIs and implement action plans for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support talent development and succession planning
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal policies

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong background in fashion or sportswear retail
• Proven track record of driving results and team performance
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Flexibility to travel frequently across your district
