Responsable Technico-Commercial OEM / Business Developer (H/F)
Location: Paris, France (hybrid – 1 day per week in the office). Commutable from West Paris and surrounding areas including Rambouillet, Mantes-la-Jolie, Dreux, etc. Relocation possible from Lyon, Grenoble, Lille, Rennes, Metz, Strasbourg, Marseille, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Nantes and other locations in France
Salary: €58,000 per annum + 25% bonus + car allowance + benefits

Our client is a leading international engineering and manufacturing organisation, part of a global group, specialising in motion control and mechanical component solutions.
They supply high-performance, application-driven products to OEMs and industrial manufacturers across sectors including aerospace, medical, agriculture, and marine.
Main purpose
Drive sales growth within a defined territory through new business development and OEM account acquisition . Identify and secure new manufacturing customers while building long‑term relationships with engineering and procurement stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a defined sales territory in France with full responsibility for revenue growth
- Identify, target, and win new OEM and industrial manufacturing customers
- Build a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting (field visits, cold outreach, networking, industry events)
- Engage engineering, procurement, and decision‑makers to influence specifications and secure design‑in opportunities
- Deliver solution-based sales aligned with customer technical requirements
- Manage the full sales cycle including pricing, margin management, and contract negotiation
- Develop existing accounts while prioritising new business acquisition
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Travel extensively across France, with occasional travel in Europe
Candidate profile
- Proven experience in B2B technical or industrial sales with strong new business development focus
- Experience selling into OEMs or manufacturing environments (design‑in or application‑based sales is a plus)
- Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent technical sales experience
- Strong ability to generate leads, build pipeline, and close complex deals
- Commercially driven with focus on growth, profitability, and territory development
- Confident working with both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Autonomous, proactive, and results‑oriented with a strong field‑sales mindset
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel extensively
