Relocate to Lisbon: French Customer Service Advisor - Consumer Goods

We're hiring French-speaking Customer Support Specialists open to relocating to Lisbon, Portugal for this Consumer Goods role.

You’ll handle customer queries for a recognisable consumer brand.

Work model: On-Site.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

In this role, you’ll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and elevate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We’re looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
