French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Relocate to Lisbon

Looking to relocate? We're hiring French speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Travel account in Lisbon, Portugal.

You'll help travellers with bookings and general trip support.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 14/Sep/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
