Regional Sales Manager (M/F)

The Regional Sales Manager (M/F) will work proactively to develop his/her region. He or she will work as part of the sales team, in liaison with the technical team and our partners in the AVEVA ecosystem. As a key player in the commercial development of our Software activities in the region, he/she will play an active role in promoting the product offering, and will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy in conjunction with marketing.

Responsibilities

  • A true ambassador for the company and its solutions to both customers and key partners
  • Significant development of business volume with defined accounts andprospecting for new accounts
  • Responsible for meeting sales targets in the areas defined
  • Design, advice, qualification, preparation and follow-up of commercial offers
  • Prospecting for allocated accounts, supported by marketing campaigns
  • Management of the installed base for the offer dedicated to supervision, archiving of data
  • Management of end-customer and integrator customers
  • Sales reporting to the Sales Director / Team Leader for the region, including forecasts, the Opportunity Pipe, actions taken and projects in progress
  • To be a real source of proposals for the offering, its marketing and its development organisation to support the development of the Software department

Qualifications

  • Advanced technical and/or commercial training
  • At least 3 years' successful sales experience
  • Sales skills in technical environments implementing industrial solutionsindustrial solutions
  • Previous experience in industrial project management is preferred
  • Autonomous and an active contributor to the development of the region
  • An entrepreneurial attitude is a key factor in this role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude and a proactive attitude
  • Excellent presentation and organisational skills combined with the ability to interact with customers at all levels, and the ability to express oneself clearly in the technical sector
  • Fluent professional English
