Overview

Fully remote but based across Benelux. Travel across the region — 3 days a week in front of customers.

The role

You’ll be responsible for driving net-new revenue across the Benelux region, building a strategic pipeline and closing enterprise deals. This is a full-cycle position—prospecting through to close—working with end users, consultants, and channel partners.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building and executing a targeted new business strategy
  • Developing relationships with end users, consultants & system integrators
  • Creating and managing a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Leading commercial discussions and closing deals
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams
  • Attending industry events and converting leads into opportunities

What success looks like

  • Consistent delivery of net-new revenue targets
  • Strong, qualified pipeline with clear visibility
  • High engagement across stakeholders and partners
  • Closed-won deals across key verticals

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in B2B technology sales
  • Proven track record in new business wins
  • Strong pipeline management & CRM discipline
  • Confident running the full sales cycle
  • Experience working with partners / channel ecosystem

Nice to have

  • Experience in Healthcare sales (Benelux)
  • Background in AV / IT / SaaS environments
  • Languages: English essential, Dutch/French a strong advantage

Basic salary between €55-75K +€20-40K Comms
