Overview
Fully remote but based across Benelux. Travel across the region — 3 days a week in front of customers.
The role
You’ll be responsible for driving net-new revenue across the Benelux region, building a strategic pipeline and closing enterprise deals. This is a full-cycle position—prospecting through to close—working with end users, consultants, and channel partners.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and executing a targeted new business strategy
- Developing relationships with end users, consultants & system integrators
- Creating and managing a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Leading commercial discussions and closing deals
- Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams
- Attending industry events and converting leads into opportunities
What success looks like
- Consistent delivery of net-new revenue targets
- Strong, qualified pipeline with clear visibility
- High engagement across stakeholders and partners
- Closed-won deals across key verticals
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in B2B technology sales
- Proven track record in new business wins
- Strong pipeline management & CRM discipline
- Confident running the full sales cycle
- Experience working with partners / channel ecosystem
Nice to have
- Experience in Healthcare sales (Benelux)
- Background in AV / IT / SaaS environments
- Languages: English essential, Dutch/French a strong advantage
Basic salary between €55-75K +€20-40K Comms
