1st Account Executive for the Benelux region

Location: Remote in the Benelux or Paris office

Type: Full-time

Compensation: €100k base + €40k variable (uncapped and overachievable)

We’re supporting a fast‑scaling SaaS company (MarTech / CRM) with €200M ARR and is expanding its enterprise footprint across Europe.

They’re hiring their first Enterprise Account Executive in the Benelux region.

This is a true “build from scratch” role with full ownership of territory, pipeline, and strategy.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle across enterprise clients in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. No SDR/BDR support. This is a full‑cycle, high‑ownership position .

  • Build and develop your own pipeline
  • Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Engage C‑level stakeholders across Marketing, IT, Procurement
  • Close strategic deals and expand existing accounts
  • Define and execute your territory strategy
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Bring market insights back into GTM and product strategy

YOUR PROFILE

  • 8+ years in SaaS sales, including enterprise deals
  • Proven track record closing complex, multi‑threaded sales cycles
  • Strong experience in MarTech / CRM environments
  • Ability to build and sustain a long‑term pipeline independently
  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Strong GTM mindset and ownership mentality
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)
