Sales Account Executive – Furniture Solutions (french market)

France is Enky’s core and most mature market, and furniture solutions are a key growth driver of our business.
The Role
We are looking for a Sales Account Executive – Furniture Solutions to accelerate our growth in France.
You will own the full sales cycle, from first contact to deal closure, and sell complex, project-based furniture solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. You will work closely with internal teams (Ops, Design, Product) and external partners (architects, prescribers) to deliver high-impact projects.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on, deal‑driven sales professional who enjoys closing meaningful projects, navigating complex buying processes, and owning revenue outcomes.
Your Mission
Your mission is to generate and close new business in France while building a strong, predictable sales pipeline.
Over the first 6–12 months, you will:
- Close new French clients on furniture projects
- Increase deal size and conversion rates
- Build strong relationships with prospects and partners
- Contribute directly to Enky’s revenue growth
What You’ll Do
New Business Sales
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Sell turnkey furniture solutions to companies of all sizes
- Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales processes
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract signature
Partner‑Led Deals
- Convert opportunities generated by architects and prescribers
- Co‑sell with partners to maximize win rate and deal value
- Act as the commercial point of contact for partner‑led projects
Sales Rigor & Collaboration
- Maintain a clean, reliable CRM and accurate forecasting
- Prioritize opportunities based on value, urgency, and feasibility
- Work closely with Ops and Design teams to deliver feasible, high‑quality solutions
- Provide market feedback to improve our sales approach and offering
Experience
- 4–6 years of experience as an Account Executive or Sales Manager in B2B
- Proven track record of closing complex, high‑value deals
- Experience selling project‑based or solution‑based offers
- Comfortable owning revenue targets and pipeline performance
